A slight difficulty with construction sequencing here. The ramps cantilevered off the side of the Zakim Bridge are supposed to serve traffic entering from the North End. But, they can't be completed until the old Charlestown High Bridge is demolished, seeing as how its supports are right in the way. I have no idea what that traffic is supposed to do for the 18 months that the new I-93 NB will be open before these supports are demolished.
