We're now on Bishop Road in Bozrah, looking up at the tower that services Norwich for Connecticut Public Broadcasting. In addition to WNPR (89.1 Norwich), the principal occupant is WEDN (53 Norwich), which has a number of proceedings involving its digital facility that I haven't gotten entirely figured out.
