This tower is the home to WTIC-FM (96.5 Hartford), whose two-bay panel is just barely visible below the top level of guy wires. At the very top is Connecticut Public Television's WEDH (24 Hartford). The two radomed bays are WWUH (91.3 West Hartford) and also a WTIC-FM backup; below that is a batwing antenna which I believe is a channel 3 backup.
