Although all of WHIC's programming comes from Catholic Radio in Buffalo, by FCC rules they are still required to maintain a "main studio" with all the necessary equipment to go on the air live if it should be necessary. All the station's processing and monitoring equipment, including the EAS receiver, is in the rack at the far end of this conference room, and the mikes on the table are actually hooked up. (In its previous incarnation as WWWG, the station had a more conventional studio, which was gutted.)
