Entering the village of Harvard, Ill., on US 14 westbound (which is really northbound), the signs say "Welcome to Harvard / Home of Milk Day". I had never heard of Milk Day before, and didn't stop to find out more. Leaving town, there are no signs to direct you to the single tower of WMCW (1600 Harvard), which operates from this unimpressive tower with 500 W days and 18 W at night.
