The flagship of Clear Channel's Madison cluster is news-talk WIBA (1310 Madison); rather than build a new facility in an office park somewhere, Clear Channel refurbished the old WIBA studio building to house their entire Madison cluster, which also includes WIBA-FM (101.5), WMAD (96.3 Sauk City), WTSO (1070, the erstwhile WKOW), WXXM-FM (92.1 Sun Prairie, formerly WMAD-FM and sister to the 1190 that's now WNWC), and WZEE (104.1 Madison, WTSO's sister before consolidation).
