A bit north on South Syene Road from WLMV, at number 2814, we find the studios of WBUW (57 Janesville). As with many TV rimshots, WBUW chose to build its DTV facility in its target community, in this case in Madison proper on the WMTV tower, and it also holds a construction permit to move its analog facility there as well. (I don't know whether either or both are on the air right now.)
