The phasor containers are located between towers 2 and 3 (counting from east to west), not far from the 890 transmitter building. This is the base of tower 2, which looks like any other fairly standard AM tower of recent vintage. You can see the backs of two of the three shipping containers in which the antenna matching network and combiner are located.
