Jeff's office at the WTIC transmitter site is located in a small, narrow room off a corridor on the east side of the building. He wanted to show us a small fraction of the history preserved at the transmitter site by generations of WTIC engineers. These letters and clippings mostly date from the '30s. WTIC received reception reports from as far away as Hawaii, and was one of the few stations of that era capable of 100% peak modulation.
