OK, now back to the dramatic non-directional Salt Lake Valley AM sites. This tower is shared by KKAT (860 Salt Lake City) and KBJA (1640 Sandy), and it's located in the Redwood neighborhood at Malvern Ave. and Lester St. KBJA, as previously mentioned, runs Spanish-language news-talk, and KKAT (another Citadel station) runs classic country as “The Wolf”. KKAT, a relatively new daytimer, operates with 10 kW-D, 196 W-N; KBJA has the standard expanded-band facilities of 10 kW-D, 1 kW-N. (Both are obviously ND-U.)
