Like most new cluster studio facilities, the Yavapai Broadcasting building includes several air studios which are nearly indistinguishable but for the signs on the doors. This is the air studio for one of the FMs but I have no record of which one, and there's no obvious way to tell from what you can see in this photo. (But that Circuit City mouse pad is now a collector's item!)
Thanks to production guy Bryan Saravo for the tour. (Apparently tours are normally given by the engineer, who was where I would have been had I not been in Cottonwood—in Las Vegas at NAB.)
