At the southeast corner of Clear Lake is the city of Clearlake, which looked to my eyes rather run-down in comparison to Lakeport. Clearlake has its own radio station, KMOB-LP (100.3), which I wasn't expecting to find in the same building as a local burger joint. (Of course I had lunch there!)
