It's now Monday morning, and my cousin Melissa and her fiancé Keith are safely on their way to their honeymoon in Fiji. My agenda for the day involves seeing the broadcast facilities of Napa County, but before I get there, I have one more Sonoma County station to see (or at least make an attempt at seeing): KSVY (91.3A Sonoma) has its studios here, at 164 W. Napa St. (Route 12) in downtown Sonoma. KSVY is licensed to a group called CommonBond Foundation, originally known as Children's Cross-Cultural Communication Foundation, of which Bill Hammett, of the well-known San Francisco consulting firm Hammett & Edison, is president.
