Finally, atop 2201 Poplar St. (at West Grand Ave.), we come to the fourth and youngest AM in Oakland: KSFN (1510 Piedmont), which not too long ago completed an upgrade that required downgrading KGA (1510 Spokane) from a clear-channel station. The Mapleton Communications station is running Chinese-language programming.
