Fybush's Law states that, in a populated area, broadcast facilities are likely to be found next to landfills and sewage-treatment plants. At Point Isabel Regional Park in Richmond, next to the EBMUD Point Isabel Wet Weather Treatment Plant, the AM towers belong to KKSF (910 Oakland). The facility is also used as the day site of KDIA (1640 Vallejo)—whose four-tower night site, at a sewage sludge reuse project in southern Sonoma County, I saw on the first day of the trip.
