And as promised, we move on down the road to Frankfort, to add another state capitol to our collection (this trip got me five up close, and I drove through another two capital cities).
Kentucky is one of four states which style themselves “Commonwealth”—the other three being Virginia (by which Kentucky was once claimed), Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts.
