About the only thing notable about WESO's tower is the fact that it's 74 m (about 240 ft) tall, when the expectation for low-powered daytimers these days is for 199-foot unpainted, unlit towers. However, WESO dates back to 1955, and in this part of the state there has been little of the economic pressures that have forced stations elsewere to replace their facilities, so one presumes that this is WESO's original tower.
