One of the remarkable features of the WFSB/WTIC transmitter site is the fact that so much of the facility is still shared, despite the stations' three decades of separate ownership. Here you see WFSB's channel 3 analog transmitter along one wall, and on the adjoining wall is WTIC's DX-50. On the right-hand wall is WTIC's backup transmitter, a Continental 317C-2 (serial number 269); behind me is TV engineering.
