This plaque, on the outside of the Citadel studios in Dover, commemorates the investment of Bob Fuller, who (with business partner J.J. Jeffrey) built Fuller-Jeffrey Broadcasting into a major player from Portsmouth to Brunswick before selling to Citadel. A hands-on owner in the best sense, Fuller promised the staff at WOKQ that they would get a new building, and even after the sale he remained personally involved to see the project through to completion. As a token of appreciation, the new studio building bears his name.
