Not sure who let those sailors into an Army show.... I heard that a significant active Navy ship was in port and doing PR tours at the South Boston docks, so perhaps they are part of that ship's crew. I think this was at the end of what the program describes as the "Armed Forces Salute", which was a medley of the four services' anthems.
