10 Guest Street

Here's a better view of the 10 Guest Street office building which will (to the extent it doesn't already) house WGBH's administrative offices. The elevated section fronting Market Street is a walkway, added as a part of the studio construction, which crosses Guest Street. There will, according to press reports, be a ~~video billboard~~“electronic mural” mounted on the Market Street frontage where it will distract passing Turnpike motorists.
