I had some difficulty finding the local studios for KVNA (600), at 1800 S. Milton Road #105, despite the fact that my hotel for the night was little more than a block away. Milton Road is one of the main drags in town, running north from the end of I-17 (at I-40) into downtown Flagstaff; 1800 S. Milton is part of a strip center with numerous buildings, and suite 105 is tucked in an unobvious corner (so much so that I drove past it three times before I finally saw the doorway). When I eventually did find it, I was surprised by how small it was. None of the stations have any local Flagstaff programming, but KVNA has a newsroom (see the window with the on-air light at center) and there's a small production studio taking half of the office behind the newsroom.
This office also serves as a sales office for all of Yavapai Broadcasting's stations: KVNA as mentioned, KYBC (1600 Cottonwood), KKLD (95.9C0 Cottonwood), KVNA-FM (100.1C2 Flagstaff), KQST (102.9C Sedona), and KVRD-FM (105.7C3 Cottonwood). The actual studios for all six stations are on Route 89A in Cottonwood, which I would get to the next day.
