The two El Centro-licensed AMs both have towers on the outskirts of town, within a mile of each other. This is KWST (1430) on Dogwood Road. We don't know what the ten-bay FM antenna is doing here—it's not shown in the FCC records that we map out for these trips—but a good guess would seem to be that it's a former KSEH site.
