Not far from the 1030 site, but on the west side of the freeway, we stopped at the studios of KOLD-TV (13/32 Tucson), formerly a Gene Autry station (at that time co-owned with KOOL-TV in Phoenix). The street address here is 7831 Business Park Rd.
