With apologies for the odd fisheye distortion (the result of an experiment with a wide-angle converter for my Sony fixed-lens digital camera), these four towers and associated building belong to WXXI (1370), Rochester's public radio and TV broadcaster. (As you might guess, WXXI-TV was on analogue channel 21.) WXXI's studios are not located here (560 French Road in Brighton), although the previous incarnations of this station, WSAY and WRTK, were. (WXXI's studios are located in downtown Rochester.)
