This is WHTK (1280 Rochester)'s transmitter building. Scott reports how successive generations of callsigns were posted on the outside of the building, before the station's owners finally gave up and stopped bothering. (Oddly enough, that was about the time they finally settled down and stopped changing the callsign—it's been WHTK since at least 1993.)
