Located on the old Springfield Armory, now home to Springfield Technical Community College, we find WTCC (90.7), the most potent of Springfield's four college FMs. (For some reason, WTCC is licensed as an class-B1 instead of a class-A despite having only 4 kW ERP from 28 meters above average terrain.)
