Across W. Olive Avenue from the NBC Burbank complex is the Warner Music Building, at 3400 W. Olive. Clear Channel leases 95,000 square feet in this building for the studios and offices of all its Los Angeles stations: KLAC (570), KFI (640), KXTA (1150, now KTLK), KHHT (92.3), KYSR (98.7), KIIS-FM (102.7), KOST (103.5), and KBIG (104.3). KIIS-FM and KHHT moved here from 3400 W. Riverside, just on the other side of the Ventura Freeway; KYSR had been right next door at 3500 W. Olive. The other stations had previously been in the old KFI studios at 610 S. Ardmore, a block north of Wilshire. (In 1989, KLAC and its former sister KZLA-FM (93.9) were another half a mile down the road at 4000 W. Alameda; in 2004, KZLA was in the KPWR (105.9) studios at 2600 W. Olive.)
