The jock on the air on WSHK and WSAK was, it turned out, an alumnus of one of our favorite former radio stations, "Mount Rialto Radio" WCDQ (92.1 Sanford, now WPHX-FM). Note that there's only one automation system here; the two "Sharks" are 100% simulcasts. Some station personnel admitted that this seemed a bit silly, given the overlap in the two signals, but there were no (public) plans to split the simulcast, which had been put together under previous ownership and format as "Arrow" WXBB (105.3) and WXBP (102.1). Prior to that, Hampton had been "Seacoast 102" WZEA with AC, and later standards and show tunes as "The Stage", WSTG.
