I neglected to get a good group shot of the KLAC/KFWB towers, so we'll have to make do with this wide shot from the front of the KLAC transmitter building. The center tower was built in 1948, and today is shared by KLAC and KFWB. The outer two towers were built in 1965, when KLAC increased night power to 5 kW; according to the FCC they are 24 meters shorter than the center tower (although you couldn't tell that from this angle).
