That's KSNR (100.3C1 Fisher)'s antenna. KSNR's is the shortest tower of the three, at only 190.5 meters (625 feet); KSNR is licensed for 100 kW ERP at 172 meters AAT. It signed on as KOSN-FM in 1976, as a Thief River Falls license on 99.3A, sister to KTRF (1230). It became KSNR in 1983, and in 1987 received a construction permit for class-C1 facilities on 100.3 (built the following year, at the same time as this tower). The antenna is an ERI SHPX-10AC. In 2005, Clear Channel successfully petitioned to reallocate the station to Fisher, which involved no technical changes, and received a license to cover early in 2009.
