Trumpeting an Achievement?

It's now 12:37, and we've made it through one ply of the chicane. At the far end, not far from where the Reich bus is parked, we can see this sign letting everyone know just where that traffic on the other side of the fence is stopped. Trouble is, most of the people walking past this sign probably have no idea that it's referring to the road just beyond it, since the Artery has made a big thing of lettering its innumerable ramps. (There are 28 movements in the South Bay Interchange alone!) Unfortunately, the Artery's PR people don't seem to have made any effort to publish an explanation of just what each of these lettered ramps actually is, so we're left trying to decipher cryptic references on the Web site without a score-card.
