Cedar Hill group mugshot
[ Up | Prior | Next ]
We're east of the main group of Cedar Hill towers, not far from
KTVT (channel 11) and KERA (channel 13), which are behind us. As best
I can figure out, the towers are, from left to right:

rocker KDGE (102.1 Fort Worth) and hot AC KDMX (102.9 Dallas); and a
backup for Viacom's straight AC KVIL (103.7 Highland Park)
- Young-male-talker KYNG (105.3 Dallas), “smooth jazz” KOAI (107.5
Fort Worth), and a construction permit for CHR KRBV (100.3 Dallas),
all Viacom-owned
- Belo ABC affiliate WFAA-TV (8 Dallas, DT 9) and Fox O&O KDFW (4
Dallas, DT 35)
- NBC O&Os KXAS-DT (41 Fort Worth, NBC) and KXTX (39 Dallas,
Telemundo), with a construction permit for KXTX-DT (channel 40)
- The re-topped former 4/5/8 candelabra, with the following (all
backups): Belo's WFAA-TV (8 Dallas); Fox's KDFW (4 Dallas); Service
Broadcasting R&B outlet KKDA-FM (104.5 Dallas); Clear Channel's
hot AC KDMX (102.9 Dallas); and Viacom's CHR KRBV (100.3 Dallas),

Worth)
- NBC O&O KXAS (5 Fort Worth) and a permit for a KXTX (39
Dallas, Telemundo) backup; Disney's country KSCS (96.3 Fort Worth);
and Radio One's “Beat” KBFB (97.9 Dallas)
- Community-oriented KNON (89.3 Dallas) and religious KVTT (91.7
Dallas); backups for Clear Channel's classic rocker KZPS (92.5
Dallas), CHR KHKS (106.1 Denton), and rock KEGL (97.1 Fort Worth,
permit); and a construction permit for Paxson's KPXD-DT (42
Arlington)
- Clear Channel's rock KEGL (97.1 Fort Worth); Viacom's KLUV (98.7
Dallas) and KVIL-FM (103.7 Higland Park); a permit for Salem's
Christian-contemporary KLTY (94.9 Arlington); a permit for Service's
