I mentioned before that Kingman had lost one of its FM signals recently. KFLG-FM (94.7C Kingman) was downgraded to class C0 and moved south to a transmitter site overlooking Lake Havasu City, with Big River, California, as its new community of license, to allow KMOA (94.5C Caliente, now KVBE) to move a hundred miles south to Moapa, where it could then be boostered into Las Vegas. Meanwhile, with Kingman still within the theoretical 60 dBu contour of KFLG-FM, it was also possible to put a 94.7 booster here and cover most of the town. This is KFLG-FM1 (94.7 Kingman), which is located at a feed store, at the corner of Sierra Vista and Stockton Hill Rd.
